Depending on your customization request, there may or may not be an additional charge. Please contact me first prior to purchasing, so I can provide you with an accurate quote. If there is an additional charge, I will create a custom listing for you and send you the link for easy payment.
What if I need my item sooner than the estimated ship date?
Please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you. Holidays are a busy time of year, so expedition of your package may cost additional depending on your timeline, and the type of postal service needed to ensure your package arrives by your desired deadline.
Do you combine shipping if I order more than one item?
Yes. If you order several items, I will fit them all into the most cost efficient package to save you money.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
Due to the handmade nature of my items and the invested time in production, returns and refunds are not accepted. If there is a mishap with your order, please contact me.
Where is my package?
The post office, along with other shipping platforms, are experiencing unprecedented delays due to Covid and lack of government funding. Your package may be late, even with priority mail service. Etsy sellers rely heavily on our postal system, so please have patience as we all feel the trickle down effect of the current postal situation.
How do I update my shipping address after I’ve already made a purchase?
Simply email me with your updated address for shipping and I will make a note of it on your order.
